Adventure isn’t just what we do—it’s who we are.

Bazz’s journey into adventure tourism began in 1997 when he got his first taste of adrenaline-fueled experiences in New Zealand. From that moment, there was no turning back. He roamed the globe, immersing himself in some of the world’s most extreme and breathtaking landscapes—Canada, Africa, Uganda, Japan, India, Switzerland, Fiji, Egypt, and, of course, Australia. Along the way, he honed his craft, becoming a world-class Assessor, Instructor, and Guide in some of the most exhilarating adventure activities imaginable—Rafting, kayaking, bungy jumping, Paragliding, Mountain Biking, Skiing,   and yes, canyoning!

In 2016, fueled by a shared vision and a hunger for something extraordinary, Bazz and his good mate Chrisso saw an opportunity—to create a world-class canyoning operation right here in Cairns.

In December 2019, when the opportunity arose, Bazz took things to the next level—purchasing the company from Raging Thunder and Cairns Waterfalls was born. But he didn’t stop there. With an unstoppable drive and a deep love for the region, he expanded the company to include Rapid Boarders, Barefoot Tours, and additional adventure experiences throughout North Queensland.
